We will take full responsibility for the active management of the client account. The company charges a portfolio management fee for its services which is paid quarterly in arrears on the average assets held - the management fee depends on the size of assets under management. The fee covers the active account management, portfolio analysis, risk control and client servicing. All other costs including trading commissions, stamp duties, custody and other administrative fees are charged directly by the custodian bank.
